Business Development Coordinator

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our growth objectives. Working closely with our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. With a strong understanding of our HR-Tech solution and its applications, you will be able to position our services effectively to potential clients and build strong relationships with them. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to negotiate complex deals and close new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance, providing valuable insights to inform our business strategy.
Salary and Benefits
We are offering a competitive base salary of up to £33,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our growth. In addition to your salary, you will also be entitled to 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, allowing you to recharge and pursue your interests outside of work. As a valued member of our team, you will also be eligible for our pension scheme and hybrid working arrangement, which provides the perfect balance between work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, positioning our services effectively to potential clients, building strong relationships with clients, negotiating complex deals, and maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance. You will also be expected to provide valuable insights to inform our business strategy and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to negotiate complex deals and build strong relationships with clients. Experience of working within a HR-Tech solution and/or with HR decision makers would be beneficial, but is not essential.
