Sales and Growth Expert Wanted

We're looking for a seasoned Sales and Growth Expert to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key player in our sales department, you'll drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

The Sales and Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to inform sales efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, opportunities, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • A competitive salary range of £60-70k dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped OTE (On Target Earnings) x2.
