Digital Wholesale Account Manager

We are seeking a talented Digital Wholesale Account Manager to join our East London Studios team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working in the UK/EU wholesale market, passionate about fashion and looking for their next step in their wholesale career.

Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a generous wardrobe allowance, employee discounts, 25 days holiday, and access to discounted gym membership.
Job DescriptionThis key role is essential to building on and further supporting our digital wholesale partners as we continue to expand this fast-moving channel within our business. The successful candidate will support the growth and partnerships of our digital wholesale accounts, with a focus on driving sales, hitting revenue targets, and building on partner relationships.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of digital wholesale partner accounts
- Attending weekly/monthly business meetings with digital partners to review performances
- Supporting with market organisation; preparing business snapshots prior to market week, taking partner orders during market, and consolidating feedback
- Supporting with new partner account set-up and accountability for the end-to-end process, linking with the DC for all compliance and shipping requirements
- Forecasting and projecting by account to support in-season reorder business
- Managing wholesale free stock and proactive approach inventory management to drive sell-through and reduce stock liability
- Compiling weekly figures by account into the weekly trade document with actions and comments

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organisational and communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment as a junior account executive or sales administrator
- Good analytical skills
- IT proficiency with strong knowledge of Excel/Google sheets
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure seamless cross-functional working
