Wholesale Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Development Manager to join our team at LMA Recruitment Formerly Ball & Hoolahan. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading FMCG giant and drive sales volume, distribution, and brand share targets across a customer portfolio.
As a Wholesale Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for building high-level external and internal relationships, delivering growth budgets, and developing robust account plans that drive business growth and share. You will also work closely with brands, insight, and customer marketing teams to ensure distribution and volume objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the alcohol category, and possess a strong understanding of wholesale customers. They will be performance-focused, results-driven, and able to deliver against challenging targets and timescales.
