Job Title: Digital Wholesale Account Manager

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic wholesale partnerships team as a Digital Wholesale Account Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our partners to drive sales growth, manage accounts, and develop strong relationships.

The successful candidate will have experience in account management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for supporting the growth and partnerships of our accounts, driving sales, hitting revenue targets, and building on partner relationships.

You will work closely with our WFLE team to support the end-to-end process of new partner account setup, link with the DC for all compliance and shipping requirements, and manage the WFLE free stock and inventory management to drive sell-through and reduce stock liability.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in the day-to-day management of WFLE partner accounts
  • Weekly/Monthly business meetings with partners to review performances
  • Support with market organization; prepare business snapshots prior to market week, take partner orders during market, and consolidate feedback, order entry to preparing and sending order confirmations
  • Forecast and projections by account to support in-season reorder business
  • Management of the WFLE free stock & proactive approach to inventory management to drive sell-through and reduce stock liability
  • Weekly shipping report & ownership of the shipping process with the DC
  • Compile weekly figures by account into the weekly trade document with actions and comments
