Wholesale Sales Account Manager

">MOTHER is a lifestyle brand with four yearly collections expanding across denim, sportswear, outerwear and accessories. The brand evokes the memories and experiences of growing up in California in the 1970s. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our UK team.
Job Description:
">- We are looking for a skilled professional to manage day-to-day correspondence with accounts in the UK and Middle East, as well as manage communication with the customer service team.
- You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Finance and Planning teams, and own management of special projects, including pop-ups, market, vendor coordination, and associate contests.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the Retail Coordinator team, store router, responsibilities etc.
- You will assist the Head Of Sales in building core ladder and replenishment suggestions for UK accounts, and support them in communicating with accounts and customer service.
- We are looking for a creative thinker who can drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
">- Manage specialty store accounts and department store accounts
- Support Head Of Sales in RTV Submission documents, cross-referencing dilution plans and account requests
- Build core ladder and replenishment suggestions for UK accounts
- Oversee preparation of Product Knowledge Material and PK Seminars
- Account prospecting: Manage target doors, new account outreach and new store visits
Requirements:
">- 3-5 years' experience in wholesale sales or retail sales, with exposure to wholesale sales
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, and PowerPoint or Slides deck preparation
- Experience working with Joor or Full Circle a plus, but not required
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to follow up
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
Salary:
">£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
