About the Opportunity:
Sand & Sky is seeking a talented Retail and Wholesale Account Director to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business goals. You will work closely with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment with the brand's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration, revenue growth, and overall performance within retail and wholesale channels.
- Collaborate with retailers to provide product knowledge, ensure proper merchandising, and implement promotional campaigns that boost sales.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with retail and wholesale partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Identify and pursue new retail and wholesale opportunities, expanding the brand's presence in the beauty market.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail or wholesale account management in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop strong partner relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess sales performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
