EU Wholesale Account Growth Specialist

Abercrombie and Fitch Co. is seeking an exceptional EU Wholesale Account Growth Specialist to spearhead our wholesale channel strategy for the A&F, Kids, and Hollister Brands across the EU with a focus on the DACH markets. As a key player in our team, you will drive revenue growth targets and ensure the timely execution of our seasonal GTM to meet brand deadlines with our accounts.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and commercial partners to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth. You will also collaborate with wholesale buying and brand teams to prioritize key products and seasonal trend opportunities. Leveraging in-region knowledge and analytics, you will inform business growth and marketing strategies to drive success.
Key qualifications include wholesale experience in the retail industry (preferably fashion retail), generating and fulfilling sales, and strong Excel skills. A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience, is offered, along with benefits such as an incentive bonus program, annual company-wide review process, flexible spending accounts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, paid parental and adoption leave, paid time off, and one paid volunteer day per year.
