Job Title: Global Wholesale Director

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Global Wholesale Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading our wholesale strategy, managing sales performance, and driving new business through prospect planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Manage sustainable sales performance within the channel, ensuring targets are met.
  • Seek and drive new business opportunities through prospect planning across all wholesale channels.
  • Optimize wholesale profitability by accountability for wholesale margins, offers, and resource allocation.
  • Make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a field operator role in a fashion customer and commercial focused wholesale environment.
  • Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising on retail store level.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and business development skills.
  • Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
