Global Wholesale Sales Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand development in wholesale territories.
The role is full-time, based in our London studio and reporting to the Head of Sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners, identifying new business opportunities and securing contracts.
- Evaluate and implement strategies to optimize sales performance, achieve revenue growth, and meet company targets.
- Provide exceptional brand, product knowledge, and visual merchandising training to clients, supporting them in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular quantitative and qualitative feedback reports to inform budget forecasting and range plan development.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and merchandising teams to strengthen brand presence and competitiveness in global markets, as well as finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely payment.
- Together with the wider sales team, prepare sales campaigns, coordinate global sales activities, and support e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing luxury sales across international markets, preferably with a focus on wholesale and NAM/EMEA territories.
- Retail experience is beneficial, especially in the fashion industry.
- Advanced skills in Excel, proficiency in Zedonk, Joor, and MS Office are essential.
- A strong command of English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
