About the Role

Our client is a well-established gourmet food manufacturer based in London, seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy, building strong relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy to increase revenue and expand the company's customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and other commercial agreements.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  5. A minimum of 3 years' experience in wholesale sales or a related field.
  6. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
  7. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  8. Familiarity with the UK food industry and knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, and the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the gourmet food industry.
