Wholesale Account Manager Role Description:
LMA Recruitment is seeking a talented Wholesale Account Manager to join our client, a leading brewery. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key partner wholesalers, delivering sales volume, and achieving distribution targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Profitably manage and motivate customers to grow market share and position the brand as the premium challenger brewer.
- Business Growth: Deliver a growth budget and develop robust account plans to drive business growth and share.
- Account Planning: Develop and maintain customer account plans, detailing account background, sales objectives, and marketing support plans.
- Category Development: Work closely with Brands, Insight & Customer Marketing to ensure distribution and volume objectives are met and identify business growth opportunities.
- Sales and Operational Planning: Collaborate with peers to build a robust Sales & Operational Plan (S&OP).
- Value Management: Conduct a full review of investment and promotional activity in line with value management principles and tools.
- Debt and Cash Flow Management: Manage and optimise debt risk and cash flow.
