Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Formulate and execute comprehensive business development plans to expand wholesale revenue and market share.
  2. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  4. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and capitalize on opportunities.
  5. Lead and mentor a sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.
  6. Negotiate complex partnership agreements and secure favorable terms with clients.
  7. Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior management.

Compensation Package: £95,000 - £115,000 (dependent on experience) + attractive benefits
