The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business development plans to expand wholesale revenue and market share.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and capitalize on opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Negotiate complex partnership agreements and secure favorable terms with clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
Compensation Package: £95,000 - £115,000 (dependent on experience) + attractive benefits
