About the Role
Mulberry is looking for an experienced Wholesale and Franchise Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our global franchise and wholesale operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in the luxury retail sector. You will be responsible for managing all partner franchise and wholesale accounts, ensuring that our products are represented in alignment with our brand image and positioning to maintain brand consistency, operational excellence, and financial performance.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £120,000-£150,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for career development and professional growth in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wholesale and franchise strategies to grow market share and increase revenue in line with our overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in domestic and international markets for wholesale and franchise, identifying new partners and targeting high-end department stores globally.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions that enhance wholesale and franchise operations.

Requirements:
- Strong network of relationships within the global luxury retail sector.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in wholesale management software, CRM systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
