COREcruitment is working with an exciting food business who are seeking a Commercial Lead - Foodservice to join their team. This brand-new position offers an opportunity to build and lead a team of resilient and ambitious wholesale sales managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive wholesale revenue and market growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential wholesale clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and monitoring sales performance metrics.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience within FMCG Sales. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams. In return, this business can offer a competitive salary of up to £100,000 OTE (£80K + Benefits), genuine progression opportunities, and a chance to work with a reputable brand in the food industry.
