Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Wholesale Sales Manager to join our Proactive Solutions Group team in Wandsworth. This role entails managing daily operations, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.
About the Job
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand our customer base
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS and suppliers to drive business growth
- MANAGING A TEAM OF SALES PROFESSIONALS and providing coaching on sales techniques and performance metrics
- OVERSEEING LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery
- MANAGING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
Requirements

Salary and Benefits
