About the Role

GH Engage is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator - Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the day-to-day activities of the engineering team.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the engineering team.
  • Deliver outstanding service to tenants and occupiers of the building.
  • Run the service desk and carry out general team administration tasks.
  • Maintain soft services and guarantee that all aspects of the building's operation run efficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and organization abilities.
