  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure effective budget management and control within the department.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in facilities administration with expertise in budgeting, planning, and coordination.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
