About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Lead to lead our administration team in Southwark, London. As an integral part of our UK operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office environment and facilities.

This role involves managing the operation of the working office environment and facilities, leadership and management of the administration support and reception teams, overseeing planning and coordination of office events, and providing support to engineering teams with coordinating aspects of project requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience as an Office Manager, proven experience in leading and managing administration teams, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction, intermediate to advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite, and previous experience working in health and safety would be beneficial.
