Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Administration Manager to join our team at GAAP Search Solutions LTD. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing the day-to-day operations of our office and supporting our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of our office facilities, including vendor management, supplies procurement, and repairs.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, conferences, and social gatherings, utilizing your exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with our HR department to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and implementing office policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control office expenses, ensuring that we operate within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
