Facilities Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Facilities Support Administrator to join our team at Life Rooms Walton. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £19,500 - £21,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career development.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities team, including answering telephone calls, processing mail and data, and maintaining security within the building. You will also be required to ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and safe, and report any incidents or concerns to management.
Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients, staff, and visitors receive exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the facilities team
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and respond accordingly
- Process mail and data, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Maintain security within the building, reporting any incidents or concerns to management
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, tidy, and safe
- Diploma or equivalent in Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- DBS clearance (enhanced)
