Site Manager for Planned Works Cladding

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of our decent homes project in West London. This involves managing planned works cladding refurbishment projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising sub-contractors and direct staff
- Providing health and safety guidance and inspections
- Liaising with clients and attending progress meetings
- Ensuring programme delivery and quality control
Requirements:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid training
- Asbestos Awareness knowledge
- Full Driving Licence
- A minimum of three years' experience in decent home project management
- Up-to-date knowledge of building legislation
- Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Plus Package
Location: Richmond
