Site Manager for Planned Works Cladding

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of our decent homes project in West London. This involves managing planned works cladding refurbishment projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising sub-contractors and direct staff
  2. Providing health and safety guidance and inspections
  3. Liaising with clients and attending progress meetings
  4. Ensuring programme delivery and quality control

Requirements:

  1. SMSTS certification
  2. CSCS card
  3. First Aid training
  4. Asbestos Awareness knowledge
  5. Full Driving Licence
  6. A minimum of three years' experience in decent home project management
  7. Up-to-date knowledge of building legislation
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Plus Package
