Project Overview:

We are recruiting a skilled Site Manager to manage planned works cladding refurbishment projects covering properties in West London.

Key Duties:

  1. Managing sub-contractor teams and direct staff
  2. Conducting health and safety talks and inspections
  3. Liaising with clients and attending progress meetings
  4. Ensuring successful programme delivery

Essential Skills:

  1. SMSTS qualification
  2. CSCS accreditation
  3. First Aid training
  4. Asbestos Awareness knowledge
  5. Valid Driving Licence
  6. A minimum of three years' experience in decent home project management
  7. Current understanding of building regulations
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety laws

Salary Range: £52,000 - £62,000 Plus Benefits
