Job Description:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our construction projects in West London. This includes overseeing the work of sub-contractors and direct staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and attending progress meetings with clients.

You will need to possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. A minimum of three years' experience in managing decent home projects is required, along with relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.

A full driving licence is also essential, as you will be required to travel to various sites across West London.

We offer a competitive salary package, including £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits. If you are a motivated and experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
