Job Overview: CV Library is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with contractors, delivering accurate estimates across a range of construction projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects. You will analyse project specifications, drawings, and requirements to provide accurate pricing, liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing information, and ensure estimates are competitive.

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience working as an Estimator for a contractor, proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects.
  2. Analyse project specifications, drawings, and requirements to provide accurate pricing.
  3. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing information and ensure estimates are competitive.


Requirements:
  1. Prior experience working as an Estimator for a contractor is essential.
  2. Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
