About the Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with contractors, delivering accurate estimates across a range of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and requirements to provide accurate pricing.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing information and ensure estimates are competitive.
- Review and evaluate tender documentation, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Assist in the negotiation and procurement processes to support successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an Estimator for a contractor is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and labour costs.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
