Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team in North London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, growing and retaining customers, and delivering profitable volume growth versus targets. You will work proactively with our Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a successful handover.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly service-focused, with a proven track record of delivering against targets. You should have demonstrable experience of sales and customer relationship management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed, you will also be committed to continuous improvement and learning from a diverse range of skills and experiences.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive base salary of up to £37,000, uncapped bonus potential, a home-based contract, company car, additional holiday purchase options, and award-winning products at virtually cost price.
