About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DSO Sales Director to join our UK team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic initiatives to expand our market share in the UK DSO landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive top-line growth and increase market share in the UK DSO market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with regional and local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to co-create effective offerings and infrastructure to support the UK market.
  • Manage operational performance across the value chain to generate topline growth, market share, and Share of Wallet increase.
  • Execute and support Enterprise solutions together with the global Solution Enterprise team.
  • Devise and implement DSO cross-selling marketing strategies and communication plans with resource allocation.
  • Ensure Hub Commercial Excellence strategy is executed locally in alignment with Country Manager and provides input based on local market analysis.
  • Responsible for sales forecast accuracy: ensures DSO sales funnel is populated on a regular basis by Key Account Managers (KAM)/Customer Success Managers (CSM) and reviewed monthly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Extensive experience (at least 10 years) within a Sales, Business Development or Commercial role with proven commercial success from preferably medical devices field.
  • Experience within business consultancy frameworks and consultative selling techniques utilizing data that enable new business cases and new commercial opportunities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
