About the Job

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our Projects Team at Mainstay IT Careers. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the success of our construction and facilities management projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse range of construction and facilities management projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement cost models, proposals, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Sustainability, Quality, and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience in construction or facilities management, preferably in a Quantity Surveyor role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
