Mainstay IT is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join their Projects Team. This role involves managing a diverse range of construction projects, including estimating costs, managing quantities, setting timelines, and providing essential business support for projects valued up to £10 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Projects Team and internal/external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage project relationships, ensuring timely completion of reports and integration of controls/milestones into plans.
  • Provide cost advice and support to the Billable Works Team, working on cost models, proposals, and risk management.
  • Liaise with Senior Leadership to report project progress, attend Risk Meetings, and maintain compliance with Health and Safety, Sustainability, Quality, and statutory requirements.
  • Support change initiatives and seek alternative solutions where appropriate.
  • Handle a workload of 10-15 concurrent projects, focusing on maintenance, refit, and refurbishment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and commercial property maintenance, with experience in cost modeling, risk analysis, proposal preparation, and dispute resolution. A HND/Foundation Degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification is required.
