Key Responsibilities:
• Design and specification of new structures and renovations
• Preparing specifications, obtaining tenders, and managing contract documents
• Overseeing contract administration
• Leading building surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations
• Engaging with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
