About the Role

Mainstay IT is recruiting a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join their Projects Team. This role involves managing a diverse range of construction and facilities management projects, with a focus on estimating costs, managing quantities, and setting project timelines.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Projects Team and internal/external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of reports and integration of controls/milestones into plans. Key responsibilities include providing cost advice and support to the Billable Works Team and liaising with Senior Leadership to report project progress.
