Job Summary:

An experienced Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of our decent homes project in West London, focusing on planned works cladding refurbishment.

Main Tasks:

  1. Overseeing sub-contractors and direct staff
  2. Delivering health and safety guidance and conducting site inspections
  3. Liaising with clients and participating in progress meetings
  4. Guaranteeing programme success and quality control

Necessary Qualifications and Experience:

  1. SMSTS certification
  2. CSCS registration
  3. First Aid training
  4. Asbestos Awareness knowledge
  5. Valid Full Driving Licence
  6. A minimum of three years' experience in managing decent home projects
  7. Up-to-date knowledge of construction regulations
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

Compensation Package: £58,000 - £68,000 Plus Incentives
