About the Role

The Team Leader in this key position will oversee the daily operations of the team, collaborating with partners to strengthen relationships and increase understanding of how the Single Point of Access works.

Responsibilities

This experienced social work qualified manager will be supervised by the Deputy Head of Service. The Team Leader will provide management oversight and supervision to various roles within the team, including Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers. This role will drive performance and timely decision making at the front door.

Requirements

  • Educated to a degree level with a relevant professional qualification in social work.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field i.e. social work, leadership and management.
  • Active Social Work England registration and proven evidence of continuing professional development.

Salary and Location

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary ranging from £51,093 to £54,129 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based in Guildhall 2, Kingston upon Thames KT1.
