Family Hub Support Worker

About the Role
Achieving for Children seeks a skilled and dedicated individual to support the delivery of family hub provision across a geographical area. As a Family Hub Casual Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting opportunities for children aged 0-11 years and their families to engage proactively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload effectively, engaging and supporting referred families with multiple needs, and ensuring that children are in a safe environment by complying with all policies, procedures, and standards.
You will work as part of a team to ensure sessions are of high quality, including the maintenance of equipment and resources, and be involved in planning activities in line with the EYFS and other national statutory guidance.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £16.49 per hour, plus holiday pay, and flexible working options to help maintain a good work-life balance.
