About the Role

The Hub Coordinator for Social Work Education will play a key role in the support and assessment of Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) entering the organisation. This includes developing and coordinating the support for NQSWs, successful delivery of the ASYE programme, and outreach support provided by the post holder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and coordinating the support for NQSWs entering the organisation and completing their ASYE
  • Successful delivery of the ASYE programme and the outreach support provided by the post holder
  • Play a key role in developing a 'hub' model for the support and assessment of the NQSWs
  • Assess in line with the Post Qualifying Knowledge and Skills Statements (KSS) and Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF)

About You

The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification in social work, postgraduate qualification in practice education to Stage 2, and active Social Work England registration.
