We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at CV-Library.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing helpdesk operations, ensuring efficient and effective support for all estates-related queries and issues. This involves overseeing day-to-day helpdesk activities, providing leadership and guidance to the helpdesk team, and monitoring performance to implement improvements as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate the helpdesk team to ensure high standards of customer service.
  2. Oversee the logging, tracking, and resolution of helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
  3. Provide training and support to helpdesk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Prepare regular reports on helpdesk activities and performance to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  1. GCSE Maths / English Grade C/4 or higher.
  2. Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer service role, preferably within an estates or facilities management environment.
  3. Proficiency in using helpdesk software and other relevant IT systems.
Estimated Salary:

□ 35,000 - 45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
