Job Description:

The Senior Helpdesk Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Estates helpdesk, providing leadership and guidance to the helpdesk team. This role is essential in ensuring that all helpdesk requests are handled promptly and professionally, contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the helpdesk team to achieve high standards of customer service
  • Coordinate the logging, tracking, and resolution of helpdesk tickets
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide training and support to helpdesk staff
  • Monitor and report on helpdesk performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths / English Grade C/4 or higher
  • Experience in a helpdesk or customer service role, preferably in estates or facilities management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in helpdesk software and IT systems
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Salary: Estimated salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
