We are seeking an experienced Home Buying Process Coordinator to join our property services team in Sheffield. This role involves coordinating the home buying process, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth completion of sales.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the home buying process, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success in an administrative role, ideally with experience in Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the home buying process, ensuring timely completion of sales.
  2. Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales administration role.
  • An excellent understanding of the home buying process and Estate Agency/Residential Lettings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
