The successful candidate will be responsible for managing properties on a day-to-day basis, ensuring prompt lettings to meet key performance targets. They will work closely with partners and teams to achieve this goal.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to identify customer vulnerability, including safeguarding concerns. This will involve completing support checklists and risk assessments to provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
In addition, the Community Liaison Coordinator will collaborate with the Lettings Service to assess applications to the Housing Waiting List and ensure effective operation of the Lettings Policy. This will enable the best use of housing stock and sustainability of local communities.
Estate inspections will also be conducted, including Independent Living Schemes and communal areas. The successful candidate will be required to complete and monitor action plans and make referrals to other service providers as needed.
A minimum NVQ Level 3 / BTEC National Certificate or equivalent qualification is essential, along with relevant experience or transferable skills in social housing, estate management, or community safety-related work.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, 4Recruitment Services offers a comprehensive Employee Benefits Programme.
