**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Outreach Coordinator. This role involves working with young people in the Sheffield area who are struggling with substance misuse.
**Key Responsibilities**
Main duties include:
- Providing drop-in sessions for young people across various settings, including schools, colleges, homeless shelters, and housing accommodations.
- Offering advice and guidance to young people in need.
- Building positive relationships with the young people we support.
- Supporting the provision of confidential, easily accessible, and non-judgmental advice around substance misuse in community 'drop-in' sessions.
- Assisting in promoting the service to young people, their families, partner agencies, and other professionals.
- Supporting young people with signposting and referrals.
**Salary and Benefits**
This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills and experience while making a difference in your community. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and reimbursement of travel and lunch expenses.
