About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Liaison Nurse to join our team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with families, safeguarding children, and promoting their wellbeing.

The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating effective communication between acute trusts and community colleagues.

  • Contribute to multi-agency assessments, referrals, and support for vulnerable children and families in acute healthcare settings.
  • Work as a strategic communicator, addressing safeguarding issues promptly.
  • Support clinical staff in identifying and making referrals into the service.

The salary for this role is £37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro rata.
