Paediatric Liaison Nursing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Liaison Nurse to join our team at Sheffield Children's.
- The successful candidate will have a background in nursing and relevant experience working with families, safeguarding children, domestic abuse, substance misuse, and mental health issues.
- We require a Registered General Nurse and/or Registered Sick Children's Nurse with current NMC Registration and appropriate safeguarding children training.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to multi-agency assessments, early identification, and appropriate referral and support of vulnerable children and families presenting in the acute healthcare setting.
- Work as a strategic communicator and facilitator to ensure timely safeguarding issues are addressed.
