About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand growth, and market penetration.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or business, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries. They should possess strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Chilipiper, Zoho, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation and targeting strategies to drive lead generation across all channels.
  • Create and execute omnichannel marketing plans to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage high-profile internal and external events, conferences, and tradeshows to elevate brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
