Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the Midlands & South region. This will involve:
- Selling a range of wood-based panels to distributors, builder merchants, and buying groups such as Jewson & Travis Perkins.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and project updates using CRM systems.
- Presenting to customers to promote our products and services.
- Utilizing Barbour ABI system to stay up-to-date with market trends and client requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in construction field sales, particularly in selling to builder merchants and distributors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable using IT applications.
As a Regional Sales Development Manager at Mitchell Maguire, you can expect:
- A competitive salary ranging from £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus.
