Job Title: Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the Midlands & South region. This will involve:

  1. Selling a range of wood-based panels to distributors, builder merchants, and buying groups such as Jewson & Travis Perkins.
  2. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and project updates using CRM systems.
  4. Presenting to customers to promote our products and services.
  5. Utilizing Barbour ABI system to stay up-to-date with market trends and client requirements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in construction field sales, particularly in selling to builder merchants and distributors.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
  3. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable using IT applications.
