We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Field Sales Account Manager to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and delivering exceptional customer service in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

The successful candidate will have proven experience in field sales or account management, ideally in industries such as hygiene services, FM services, payment solutions, security services, laundry services, FMCG into independent retailers, office equipment, and other roles selling into SME businesses. You will receive a competitive basic salary of £37,000 per annum, a realistic OTE of £60,000 in year one, a comprehensive car allowance of £5,000 per annum, ongoing training and development, and rapid career advancement opportunities.
