We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Sales Executive to join our team at CV-Library, a leading job board in the UK. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus structure, company car, private healthcare, and 26 days of annual leave.

About the Role

As a Commercial Interior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving contract and distribution sales across the South Central region. Your primary focus will be on securing new build and refurbishment projects by collaborating with architects, contractors, and end users to specify and deliver innovative interior solutions.

  • Promote product specifications across key sectors such as healthcare, education, public buildings, and industrial premises.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial specification to project delivery and aftercare, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Maintain a project pipeline using the CRM system and achieve annual sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have field sales experience and be self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious. You should also have a proven track record of selling commercial interior products via specification or be looking to transition into specification sales. Additionally, you should have worked with contractors on commercial projects and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
