Regional Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives for large accounts in North West London and Oxfordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join Consult's sales team and make a significant impact. As a Key Account Manager, you will define and execute commercial strategies within a designated region, working closely with high-potential accounts to foster collaborative relationships and promote cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute commercial strategies within a designated region
- Work closely with high-potential accounts to foster collaborative relationships and promote cutting-edge products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
- Optimise customer outcomes by orchestrating additional resources as needed
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, dental/orthodontic fields, or other relevant industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen, with experience in ROI analysis, P&L, and cash flow discussions
- Comfort with clinical discussions and a willingness to learn technical product details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
What We Offer:
- $60,000 - $70,000 base salary dependent on experience
