We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives for large accounts in North West London and Oxfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join Consult's sales team and make a significant impact. As a Key Account Manager, you will define and execute commercial strategies within a designated region, working closely with high-potential accounts to foster collaborative relationships and promote cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute commercial strategies within a designated region
  • Work closely with high-potential accounts to foster collaborative relationships and promote cutting-edge products
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Optimise customer outcomes by orchestrating additional resources as needed

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, dental/orthodontic fields, or other relevant industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in ROI analysis, P&L, and cash flow discussions
  • Comfort with clinical discussions and a willingness to learn technical product details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

What We Offer:

  • $60,000 - $70,000 base salary dependent on experience
  • 50% OTE Bonus
