Regional Sales Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Aspion. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving growth across key sectors in the South-West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and loyalty.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Base Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience).
  • Uncapped Commission: Reap the rewards of your success with a lucrative commission structure tied to the revenue you generate.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in business development or sales, with a focus on proactive lead generation and closing deals.
  • Experience in selling to decision-makers and stakeholders in key sectors such as E-commerce and Retail, Manufacturing and Industrial, Automotive and Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals, and Healthcare is advantageous.
