Key Responsibilities

As Regional Development Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business success by:

  • Sales & Profitability: Achieving sales targets, managing stock control, and optimizing profitability.
  • Team Development: Identifying training needs, implementing succession planning, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Marketing: Developing and executing marketing campaigns, maintaining brand appearance, and generating sales leads.
  • Customer Care: Ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, and promoting the company's Customer Charter.
  • Audit & Stock Control: Managing banking, administration, and stock taking processes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety compliance, conducting regular risk assessments, and upholding company policies.
